Serve as operational support for Truist's AI Enablement Integration activities - leading the AI copilot implementation strategy, embedding AI capabilities into everyday work, and driving behavioral change — while operating as a generalist across the broader enterprise AI enablement ecosystem.For this opportunity: Truist will not sponsor an applicant for work visa status or employment authorization, nor will we offer any immigration-related support for this position (including, but not limited to H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN-1 or TN-2, E-3, O-1, or future sponsorship for U.S. lawful permanent residence status.)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise AI tools across the organization, partnering with key partners across business and technology to ensure seamless deployment aligned to enterprise AI maturity phases.
2. Facilitate cross-functional AI adoption forums and maintain active consulting relationships with line-of-business teams, delivering enablement updates, supporting use case ideation, and bridging business-specific adoption needs with the enterprise AI lifecycle.
3. Systematically surface and eliminate technical, process, and cultural blockers to AI adoption, coordinating cross-functional resolution to keep implementation timelines on track.
4. Drive the enterprise-wide transition from training and awareness into active, hands-on AI usage — moving beyond one-time activation to embed AI as a natural part of how employees think, plan, and execute work.
5. Coordinate recurring AI enablement alignment cadences, integrating business unit and adoption insights across multiple workstreams and maintaining status reporting for leadership.
6. Leads the execution of larger technology projects, coordinating operational activities to ensure efficiency, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
7. Identifies, designs, and implements process and technology improvements to enhance operational workflows within area of responsibility.
8. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals.
9. Analyses and reports on performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements.
10. As applicable, drives strategic alignment and operational excellence by guiding key external partnerships and leading cost‑optimization efforts that enhance financial performance and support organizational objectives.
11. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
12. Communicates operational status, risks, and improvement plans to senior stakeholders and leadership.
13. Provides coaching, guidance, and leadership to junior team members and supports their professional development.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
2. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
3. Strong knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.
4. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

2. Connect concepts across functions to drive enterprise-level thinking

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Strong passion for AI and emerging technologies, with a commitment to translating innovation into practical business value and enterprise adoption
2. Master’s degree with relevant experience in business, strategy, or technology
3. Experience supporting enterprise transformation, AI enablement, or operating model design
4. Familiarity with generative and agentic AI concepts and enterprise adoption models
5. Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement
6. Knowledge of financial services regulatory environments and risk frameworks
