Job Summary:
Job Summary:
The Business Services and Accounting Assistant is responsible for providing excellent, professional customer service, managing cash handling operations for the college, and supporting various financial and administrative functions within the Business Office and Dining Services. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle numerous concurrent tasks. Additionally, this position works collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, and external vendors to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Business or Finance or at least two years related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cash Handling and Bank Teller cashier experience.
- Knowledge of basic accounting skills.
- Data base systems experience.

The final salary will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, and alignment with the position's requirements. Other considerations may include internal equity and market conditions.
