Major Duties
Performs process analysis and evaluates system workflows to identify opportunities for system-based improvements and increased operational efficiency.
Assists with updating policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and operational compliance.
Troubleshoots and resolves day to day system issues.
Provides support to internal and external customers by responding to inquiries. May assist with escalated customer correspondence.
Compiles and prepares statistical reports to support operational and performance analysis.
Performs other duties as assigned.
