JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support WMS transition to lot-controlled inventory

• Assist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) support and improve system documentation

• Help streamline upgrade testing by scripting and organizing standard unit test cases

• Support EDI processes and assist with vendor purchase orders and ASNs

• Develop and support reporting initiatives using Power BI

• Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities using Power Automate (e.g., contract/lease notifications)

• Assist with AI-related research and pilot initiatives, where applicable

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP required)

• Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, AI tools, or ERP systems preferred

• Strong analytical, documentation, communication skills, attention to detail, and results oriented

• Understanding of SDLC concepts and testing methodologies

• Strong time management and organization skills
