About this role
Job Summary
NetApp Business Systems Analysts (Q2O & Subscription Mgmt.) work as part of a team that supports and enhances NetApp’s world-wide business processes and systems. You will utilize your strong technical competencies and functional business expertise to identify, evaluate, design and develop systems and procedures that meet business user requirements. To do this successfully you will work closely with cross-function teams to understand business needs, and IT development to provide automated solutions. An ability to understand business process requirements & issues and communicate system solutions to the internal client is essential to your success in this role. Project management skills and a customer service orientation is key.
Essential Functions:
- Modifying and developing new features in existing applications/systems
- Responsible for providing support in development and testing activities of other engineers
- Coding, Debugging and Testing
- Participate in technical discussions within the team or other groups within/across the Business Unit associated with specified Projects
Job Requirements
- Work collaboratively within teams to meet aggressive goals and high-quality standards
- Proven aptitude for learning new technologies
- Familiarity of basic concepts of computer architecture, data structures and standard programmingpractices
- Develop /enhance existing applications, setup new database and middleware infrastructure.
- Creative and analytical approach to problem solving
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates critical thinking and analytical decision-making skills
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Responsibility and Interaction:
• Responsible for a mix of structured and unstructured tasks
• Apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving routine to complex problems
• Interact primarily with direct manager and the technical team on assigned projects. There may becommunication with employees in other functions within/across the Business Unit as required
• There will be on-going reviews of activities and priorities
• Participate as an important contributor in project
Education
Must be enrolled in an educational or professional program through summer 2026 or later.
