As a Business Transformation - Manager in the IT Organization’s Technology Strategy Team, you will lead the strategic framework and execution governance while embodying the BOLD standards to build with speed and drive excellence. The Team’s mission is to accelerate organizational momentum through AI-powered practices and decisive budget management that is relentlessly obsessed with the customer. These functions leverage cross-functional synergies and lead with care and candor to ensure technology investments are ethically prioritized, simplified, and optimized to deliver sustainable strategic outcomes.

You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Interacting with functional leaders and stakeholders to define transformation objectives

• Partnering with initiative owners to drive progress toward objectives, and identify risks and challenges 

• Providing input and direction to develop business cases and track progress of value realization

• Driving stakeholder clarity around transformational benefits and risks.

• Organizing and facilitating engagements, and reporting operational/project status.

• Diagnosing root causes, identify actionable insights and recommend pressure-tested solutions.

• Fostering process improvement, and reimagine the way work is done 

• Driving proof-of-concept solutions for stakeholders to illustrate transformative business value.

• Generating executive presentation materials on portfolio financials.

• Working with stakeholders across the enterprise to identify, prioritize and execute key strategic initiatives that deliver efficiencies to reduce cost, drive revenue growth, and improve customer experience.

• Maintaining high attention to detail while defining and prioritizing projects to ensure that we are delivering value to business partners against strategic objectives and OKRs

• Acting as a liaison between technology strategy and cross-functional stakeholders for financial alignments

• Removing internal complexity and legacy processes to prioritize high-impact strategic outcomes

• Preparing and presenting on updates, timelines, milestones, gaps, bottlenecks, and dependencies

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

• Experience in financial acumen in planning, forecasts, and business case development.

• Experience in business transformation, strategy translation and execution.

• Experience with cost transformation approaches, consulting frameworks, change management, and project and program management.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• MBA or advanced degree.

• Possess good presentation skills with solid verbal and written communication capabilities both oral and written skills.

• Expertise in managing executive relationships.

• Proven track record of leading high-performing cross functional teams.

• Experience with a technology management organization.

• Experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information.

• Agile, Scrum, and/or Lean Six Sigma certification.

• Project Management experience and/or certification.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $106,500.00 - $204,000.00.
