Job Title: Outside Processing Buyer

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent,
• Strong technical aptitude along with the ability to work independently but also interact closely professional with other departments, customers, and vendors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access) including Oracle ERP experience preferred
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Must be available to work daily OT and weekends
• Experience in supply chain preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing the day to day work activities of supply chain management (e.g. writing purchase orders, negotiating price and delivery, managing supplier performance, etc.) Working with internal teams (sales, engineering, planning, manufacturing, etc.) as well as interfacing with vendors and suppliers.  Responsible for creating and maintaining purchase orders, raw material allocation, usage planning, quoting, receiving, etc.
