Job Description
- Talent Strategy: Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define needs, build robust talent pipelines, and shape hiring strategies to attract world-class candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with high-potential candidates, fostering genuine connections and understanding their motivations and career aspirations.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, talent movements, and competitive hiring landscapes to proactively adapt and improve campus recruitment strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple phases of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiations and intern program management, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience for both candidates and our hiring managers.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Citadel Securities at university events, conferences, and networking functions, showcasing our culture of excellence and innovation.

In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $185,000.
In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive compensation program, as well as a wide array of benefit programs, such as medical and life insurance, retirement and tax-free savings plans, and access to other healthcare programs.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a Campus Recruiting role at a top firm is strongly preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic team environment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through.
