The Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting university talent, including interns and emerging talent candidates. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers, university career centers, and academic departments to drive our campus recruitment strategy and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

1. Leverage data insights from university recruitment activities and hiring metrics to influence recruitment strategies and hiring outcomes. Provide regular reports on recruitment activity, ROI, and employment outcomes.
2. Identify and build partnerships with targeted universities, technical schools, and career service offices that match our company’s culture, hiring needs, and long-term goals.
3. Actively source and screen candidates through university job boards, career fairs, and networking events. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for entry-level roles across various departments across the organization.
4. Assist in planning and coordinating campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events, ensuring seamless execution and positive engagement with students and university partners.
5. Network with students and interns to build a strong emerging talent pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of candidates into graduate and entry-level positions.
6. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to design and implement strategies that align with business priorities and attract top talent from targeted schools.
7. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates by providing recommendations and ensuring a seamless and consultative recruitment process.
8. Work closely with various internal teams, including hiring managers, HR, and compensation, to ensure alignment with hiring strategies and business objectives. Act as a consultative partner to both internal and external stakeholders.
9. Support employer brand strategy and recruiting initiatives by collaborating with Marketing and the Social Media Team to develop and promote brand initiatives that align with emerging talent for technical and university-level positions.
10. Perform other duties as required within the nature and level of work.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on campus or university recruiting preferred. Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decisions through data insights. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to consult and partner with business leaders and external stakeholders. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for early career and graduate roles. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and campus events. Willingness to travel to universities and attend career fairs as needed.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Travel: During career fair seasons there will be heavier travel included.
