• Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, business management, human resources, marketing, or related field; 
• Master’s Degree preferred. 
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the following:
  • Career services, advising, coaching, counseling, or talent management
  • Collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Benchmarking, assessment, or emerging technology integration
• Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
