Case Manager (CM), PRN

Licensure as RN, Social Worker, Respiratory Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist; 2+ years in inpatient case management or social work preferred; CCM/ACM/RN-BC/ARN certifications preferred; proficient with Microsoft Office.
