THE JOB:
Be part of the team that keeps our gaming operations accurate and running strong! The Gaming Audit/Accounting Clerk conducts daily audits across key gaming areas, handles sensitive information with discretion, and supports an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to operating in full compliance with all laws, regulations, and Company policies.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Ensure gaming revenues are accurately accounted for which includes entering data into a computer, recording, calculating, summarizing numbers, and reviewing documents for proper completion.
Responsible for organization and filing of documents.
Perform a variety of accounting, record keeping and clerical functions in the Accounting department.
Ensure compliance with Division of Gaming regulations and internal control standards.
Perform meter readings of slot machines as required by regulators
Assist with providing quality customer service ensuring all requests are processed on a timely basis
Promote, develop and maintain effective communication, interaction, and excellent relationship with internal customers, including ensuring their requirements are identified and consistently met.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Associate’s Degree is Preferred
6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience in a Casino/hotel specific accounting/audit/administrative or clerical experience and/or equivalent work experience is Preferred.

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$17.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
