About this role

We are currently looking for a Full Time Casino Audit Clerk, NB to join our Artesian Casino Audit team located at the Artesian Casino working .

Summary:
Performs daily audits of assigned revenue generating gaming departments in accordance with established procedures at a facility level.

Responsibilities:
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
- Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner

* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains general upkeep of work area and maintains a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* May review reports prior to final submission
* Assists/performs audits as needed
* Compares machine and ticket discrepancies by using the ACSC system as needed
* Balances all funds at the completion of each shift in partnership with a supervisor or manager
* Reviews the accuracy of financial data through daily verification of paperwork, resolving variances through use of currency verification equipment, manual review of tickets, automated reports and/or surveillance images
* Prepares daily reports
* Reviews ACSC audit ensuring accuracy of information for financial reports and decision-making
* Performs all other duties as assigned

* Must be able to exert analytical and critical thinking skill

* Able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Chickasaw Nation, departmental, divisional and all other rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines
* Knowledge of related internal controls (MICs, TICs) and tribal compacts
* Knowledge of casino based facility software and systems
* Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management


Skills:
Essential:
* Advanced Excel skills to include embedded links, pivot tables, query, etc.
* Accurately type 35 words per minute

* 1 year directly related experience

Education:

* Associates Finance

* Pass general background check
* Standard Driver's License
* Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position
