About the Department
Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center is a 24-bed acute care critical access hospital serving the Florida Parishes region of Southeast Louisiana. We offer a wide range of services including general surgery and a 24-hour emergency department. At Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center, we are able to bring you a wide range of services close to home, provided by a network of board-certified physicians.
We're currently seeking a Central Service Supervisor to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the Central Service Department functions.
Position Duties
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the required experience.

Job Duties:
- Collaborate with the OR RN Manager to ensure quality of care of the instrument and equipment processing to include cleaning and decontamination, assembly, packaging, sterilization, and distribution to the patient care givers.
- Supervise employees and serves the customer as a resource to resolve problems and/or answer questions.
- Maintains on-line inventory and material stock request in Peoplesoft system.
- Perform entry, maintenance and deletion of the online PeopleSoft Inventory Receipt Program.
- Serve as the liaison between the Central Service Department and other departments within LKMC, customers and vendors.
Position-Specific Details:
Work Location: The Central Service Supervisor position is located in the Central Service Department.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6AM - 2:30PM.
Compensation: Additional Pay (received in addition to base pay for every worked):
Shift 2 -- $0.60/hour
Shift 3 -- $0.95/hour
Weekends -- $0.95/hour
Holidays -- $0.95/hour
Certifications -- $2/hour
