Changeover Crew | Part-Time | Ford Wyoming Center

The Changeover Crew position provides building custodial maintenance. The Maintenance Team provides setup and changeover of the building from one event to the next. 

This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00 to $17.00.

This position will remain open until October 9, 2026.

• Responsible for keeping the facility at a presentable level of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Operate and maintain all cleaning devices.
• Responsible for complete facility changeover as required by the event schedule and facility guidelines. 
• Assist with emergency repairs to Arena equipment to ensure the success of a changeover.
• Performs craft services such as minor plumbing, minor electrical, minor carpentry, and painting. 
• Make scheduled equipment rounds and log pertinent operating data. 

• Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to deal effectively with guests, vendors, staff, and other facility users.
• Must be reliable, honest, dependable, and punctual. 
• Ability to take directions and be able to work with minimal supervision; a self-starter.
• Able to work in small and large groups to complete required tasks within time constraints and in a safe manner. 
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, mainly nights, weekends, and extra hours as needed, and work in variable weather conditions. 
• Be able to lift and carry heavy equipment & supplies on a regular basis.
• Knowledge of general tools necessary to perform changeovers in the arena.
• Knowledge of all cleaning supplies needed for sweeping, seat cleaning, floor care, restroom cleaning and disinfecting, and wall and glass cleaning.
