About this role

3+ years voice/telecom and network experience supporting enterprise unified communications (SIP/VoIP, PBX), hands-on with platforms (Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom, Genesys), incident/change management, ITIL, and ability to work in large 24x7 production environments; Bachelor's degree preferred.
