About this role
Bachelor's in accounting, JD, or LLM; 3+ years corporate tax experience (Big Four, law firm, or multinational); experience with tax due diligence, structuring, and modeling; ability to work hybrid (2-3 days/week); travel up to 25%; CPA/attorney/enrolled agent required or willing to obtain.
