About this role
Lee Enterprise Regional Finance Center seeks a professional to join our Accounting and Finance team as a full-time Circulation Accounting Clerk. Our department provides accounting services for several Lee companies including the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Key responsibilities include entering new subscriber orders, posting payments, deposits, subscriber refunds, and general subscriber account maintenance.
Experience with Discus circulation system is a plus. Must have strong and accurate 10-key skills, working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word, and general computer skills. Must also have good communication skills, including emails, phone calls, and in-person contact with employees plus occasional phone calls and in-person contact with subscribers. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict time sensitive deadlines.
