Overview Seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to join our Adapt Program team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling commercial property & liability claims, including claims involving layered insurance programs and complex coverage structures. Investigate, evaluate, and manage commercial property and casualty claims from inception through resolution. Analyze coverage, liability, damages, and policy provisions within layered and shared program structures. Hybrid Work Schedule. How you'll make an impact Under broad supervision, investigates and evaluates potentially fraudulent claims to determine if a legitimate claim exists. Conducts moderately to very complex claim investigations to determine the nature of the loss, coverage's provided, and scope of claim. Conducts interviews of relevant persons, and performs field investigations and research where needed. Prepares investigation reports to present findings, and takes appropriate action. About You Required: Bachelor's degree or 5 years related experience required. 5 years experience in layerd/quota share policies preferred.
