Role Overview
The Account Executive serves as the primary execution lead for assigned service campaigns and communication channels. This role is responsible for end-to-end campaign management, ensuring seamless coordination across cross-functional teams, adherence to timelines, and delivery of high-quality, compliant marketing communications.
Campaign Execution & Project Management
- Serve as the primary point of execution for Client Services on all assigned campaigns and channels
- Manage end-to-end campaign workflow, including intake, scheduling, data/file processing, proofing, approvals, and deployment
- Track project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks to timelines or deliverables
Client Management
- Act as a day-to-day client contact for campaign execution, providing updates, timelines, and status reports
- Coordinate with clients to determine data/file delivery dates and campaign requirements
- Obtain and manage client approvals for creative, counts, and final deliverables
- Partner with clients to align on campaign expectations, timelines, and changes throughout execution
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Lead kickoff meetings with internal teams (Creative, Data, Analytics, Digital, Lettershop, Call Center, etc.)
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure readiness for each stage of campaign execution
- Facilitate clear communication across teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timing, and deliverables
Data, Creative & Quality Control
- Write and/or review data specification documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign strategy
- Develop creative briefs and manage revisions based on client and internal feedback
- Perform quality control (QC) on data files, print proofs, and email proofs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment
- Investigate and resolve QC issues, working with appropriate teams to implement timely solutions
- Review and understand campaign audience logic, targeting criteria, and suppression rules
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong quality control and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced marketing or agency environment

Compensation Range: $50,065 - $63,200 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
