About this role

 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Feeds Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing data feed operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data to our clients. You will serve as a key point of contact for data feed-related requests and play an active role in driving process improvements across the team.

As a Data Feeds Analyst in the Data Operations function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of data between the organization and its clients. Acting as the primary point of contact for data feed requests, the analyst is responsible for managing multiple feed queues, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring timely delivery in line with client expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Beyond day-to-day operations, the Data Feeds Analyst is expected to grow into a Subject Matter Expert, developing deep knowledge of the firm's data feed infrastructure, tools, and processes. 

  • This expertise positions the analyst as a trusted resource for both internal teams and external clients, enabling effective issue resolution and informed decision-making.

  • The role also carries a continuous improvement mandate, the analyst is empowered to identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and take ownership of implementing solutions that enhance operational performance and client satisfaction. 

  • Bridges the gap between operational execution and strategic process development, making it a key contributor to the broader data operations strategy.

  • Detail oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Banking/Financial Services experience.
