<div><strong>Client Experience Manager – Atascocita, TX</strong></div><div><br></div><div>We are looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping athletes, parents, and adult members feel connected, supported, and successful throughout their journey at D1 Training Atascocita.</div><div><br></div><div>This is an opportunity to play a major role in creating an elite member experience while helping build one of the strongest training communities in the Lake Houston area.</div><div>

<br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Member Experience & Retention</strong></div><div>- Oversee the 30/60/90-day member journey for all new members</div><div>- Welcome and onboard new athletes, parents, and adult members</div><div>- Track attendance and identify at-risk members</div><div>- Conduct accountability check-ins and follow-up communication</div><div>- Coordinate weigh-ins, InBody scans, and milestone check-ins</div><div>- Celebrate birthdays, PRs, milestones, and member achievements</div><div>- Build strong relationships with athletes, parents, and adult members</div><div>- Help execute cancellation save and retention follow-up conversations</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Community & Culture</strong></div><div>- Help create a positive, high-energy atmosphere inside the facility</div><div>- Support member engagement and community-building initiatives</div><div>- Assist with referral initiatives and review requests</div><div>- Help ensure every member feels connected and supported</div><div>- Bring positive energy and professionalism to the facility daily</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Operations & Organization</strong></div><div>- Maintain organization of member communication and CRM systems</div><div>- Help maintain onboarding consistency and accountability systems</div><div>- Assist leadership with operational follow-through and communication</div><div>- Ensure no member falls through the cracks throughout their journey</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><div>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills</div><div>- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality</div><div>- Highly organized with strong attention to detail</div><div>- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills</div><div>- Ability to connect naturally with athletes, parents, and adult members</div><div>- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality</div><div>- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</div><div>- Comfortable with phone calls, texting, and member communication</div><div>- Fitness or gym experience is a plus, but not required</div><div>- Experience in hospitality, customer service, community engagement, or fitness preferred</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Why This Role Is Different</strong></div><div>- Be part of a high-performance training environment focused on youth athlete and adult development</div><div>- Play a major role in building community, culture, and member accountability</div><div>- Help shape the experience and journey of every member who walks through the doors</div><div>- Work alongside a passionate and growth-oriented team</div><div>- Make an impact beyond the gym through relationships and community involvement</div><div><br></div><div>Job Type: <strong>Part-Time</strong>
