Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Requirements:
- Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to confidently recommend products and ask for the sale
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to existing clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Review client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Generate new business through referrals, cross-selling, account rounding, and lead follow-up
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the agency's existing client base
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
- Build long-term relationships that promote client retention and agency growth
- Meet or exceed individual sales and production goals
