Position Overview

The Aaron Ameduri Agency LLC is looking for a motivated Client Success & Retention Coordinator (CSSR) who thrives on helping clients, building relationships, and creating a best-in-class customer experience. This role goes beyond traditional customer service. You will play a key role in client retention, account rounding, referral generation, and helping ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being rewarded for your efforts, this position offers a clear path for growth and additional income opportunities.

Compensation

Base Salary

$2,000 per month

Policy Production Bonuses

$15 Flat Bonus

Paid for every new policy written and issued through your efforts

$25 Flat Bonus

Paid for every policy written and issued as a cross-sell to an existing monoline customer

Examples:

Existing auto-only customer adds a home policy = $25 bonus

Existing home-only customer adds an auto policy = $25 bonus

New standalone policy generated through your efforts = $15 bonus

Life Insurance Bonus

$500 Monthly Bonus

Earn an additional $500 for the month when the agency issues and pays for at least 3 life insurance policies generated through your efforts.

Minimum threshold: 3 issued and paid life policies

Bonus resets each month

Each month starts fresh

Less than 3 issued and paid life policies = no life bonus for that month

We are looking for someone who is:

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days:

  • New clients receive consistent follow-up
  • Service requests are handled promptly and professionally
  • Opportunities for additional coverage are identified regularly
  • Existing monoline accounts are being rounded out
  • Life insurance conversations are being generated consistently
  • Referral requests become part of the customer experience
  • Client retention remains strong
  • Agency processes run more efficiently

Growth Opportunity

This position is designed for someone who wants more than a traditional service role. High performers will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, increase earnings through bonus opportunities, and potentially grow into larger client relationship or production-focused roles within the agency.

Compensation Summary

$2,000/month base salary

$15 per new policy written

$25 per cross-sold policy on existing monoline households

$500 monthly life insurance bonus when 3 issued-and-paid life policies are achieved

Growth opportunities based on performance and contribution to agency success

Salary Range: $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities


  • Client Service & Retention
  • Assist clients with policy changes and service requests
  • Conduct policy reviews with existing customers
  • Proactively contact clients before renewal concerns become issues
  • Help improve customer retention and satisfaction
  • Resolve service concerns and coordinate with carriers when needed


New Client Onboarding


  • Welcome new customers to the agency
  • Ensure policy documents and signatures are completed
  • Help clients understand their policies and available resources
  • Assist clients with billing and account setup questions
  • Account Rounding & Cross-Selling
  • Review customer accounts for coverage gaps
  • Identify opportunities for additional policies
  • Follow up with monoline customers regarding additional coverage options
  • Schedule appointments for more complex insurance needs
  • Help strengthen overall household retention through account rounding


Referral & Relationship Building


  • Ask satisfied clients for referrals and online reviews
  • Help maintain relationships with referral partners
  • Support agency marketing and customer engagement initiatives
  • Administrative & CRM Management
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Track follow-up activities and opportunities
  • Document client interactions within agency systems
  • Help improve agency workflows and processes
