Now Hiring: Clinic Administrator II
Novant Health Blakeney Family Physicians clinic is seeking an experienced Clinic Administrator II to lead the daily operations of a dynamic physician practice. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated healthcare professional who is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
As a Clinic Administrator II, you will manage, supervise, and coordinate all functions and activities related to physician practice operations. This includes overseeing complex operational responsibilities such as billing and collections, practice start-ups, and special projects as directed by administration. You will provide leadership for moderately to highly complex practices, ensuring efficient operations across one or multiple locations while supporting providers, staff, and organizational goals.
What We're Looking For:- Education: Must meet one of the following: Four year Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree with four years of relevant professional experience; or eight years of relevant professional experience, required.
- Experience: Three years of leadership experience, required. One-plus years of practice manager experience, preferred,
- Additional skills required: Knowledge of health care administration and clinic philosophy and policies and operating procedures. Knowledge of fiscal management systems and techniques. Knowledge of human resource management practices including supervision and staff development. Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement requirements. Knowledge of computer systems and applications. Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving, decision making. Demonstrates strong leadership skills and develops and maintains skill in organizing work to achieve clinic goals and objectives. Ability to analyze and interpret complex data. Ability to research and prepare comprehensive reports. Ability to monitor quality control standards. Ability to communicate clearly.
- Provide operational leadership for one or more physician practices.
- Supervise and develop clinic staff while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Manage practice operations, including scheduling, budgeting, billing, collections, and regulatory compliance.
