This role promotes effective communication, sets performance goals, mentors team members, and monitors workflow to maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The Clinic Manager oversees key operational processes, including patient access, scheduling, insurance verification, referral tracking, billing compliance, and clinic efficiency metrics, while implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery and ensure adherence to HIPAA and quality standards. In addition, the role supports the clinic’s financial performance by managing revenue cycle activities, maintaining internal controls, monitoring expenses, assisting with budgeting, and partnering with leadership to track financial outcomes and improve collections.
