Clinic - Supervisor - SMNIL Clinic Neurology Ste 116

Supervises the operation and personnel of the clinic on a day to day basis.  Establishes practices, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient operations while providing an outstanding patient experience.  Analyzes and maximizes patient flow while managing financial considerations.  Plans, organizes, implements, manages, and evaluates staffing and employee competencies.  Delivers performance reviews, staff recognition and staff counseling as appropriate.  Ensures regulatory and accreditation standards are met and maintained for the medical group. 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1.    Medical Assistant certification preferred.

2.    BLS certification upon hire and maintained current.

3.    Minimum two years as a lead or supervisory experience in medical office.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $20.00 to $28.97. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
