🏥 About the Role:
As a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager, you’ll lead night shift operations in the Multisystem ICU—guiding staff, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring exceptional care for patients requiring complex, high-acuity treatment.

 

You’ll be the go-to leader for:
🔹 Staffing & patient assignments based on acuity
🔹 Supporting frontline nurses & interdisciplinary teams
🔹 Driving quality, safety, and patient experience
🔹 Coaching, mentoring & fostering a strong team culture

 

💡 What You Bring:
✔ RN license (Florida or Compact) + BLS
✔ Acute care experience (ICU preferred)
✔ Strong leadership, clinical judgment & communication skills
