Who We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active and unrestricted dental license in the State of CA.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical dental experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and clinical operations.
- Experience working in an FQHC, community health center, public health, or safety-net setting.
Preferred
- Experience with HRSA compliance and UDS reporting.
- Experience leading integrated care initiatives.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Your Role in Action
As our Clinical Dental Director, you will:
- Lead and oversee all clinical dental services and providers.
- Establish and maintain evidence-based clinical standards and protocols.
- Conduct peer reviews, chart audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, and risk management.
- Recruit, mentor, and support dentists.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and mission-focused culture.
- Conduct provider evaluations and performance coaching.
- Ensure compliance with HRSA, FTCA, OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental regulations.
- Maintain documentation and quality standards across the dental program.
