Who We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active and unrestricted dental license in the State of CA.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical dental experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and clinical operations.
  • Experience working in an FQHC, community health center, public health, or safety-net setting.

Preferred

  • Experience with HRSA compliance and UDS reporting.
  • Experience leading integrated care initiatives.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Your Role in Action

As our Clinical Dental Director, you will:

  • Lead and oversee all clinical dental services and providers.
  • Establish and maintain evidence-based clinical standards and protocols.
  • Conduct peer reviews, chart audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, and risk management.
  • Recruit, mentor, and support dentists.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and mission-focused culture.
  • Conduct provider evaluations and performance coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with HRSA, FTCA, OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental regulations.
  • Maintain documentation and quality standards across the dental program.
