Clinical Research Patient Recruiter
Chicago, IL | $23–$25/hour
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Research Patient Recruiter to support patient recruitment and administrative coordination for our clinical research studies in Chicago, IL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, staying organized, and helping patients participate in meaningful research.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient outreach and respond to study inquiries
- Recruit, pre-screen, and schedule study participants
- Maintain participant records and support research documentation
- Coordinate scheduling and communication with patients and staff
- Assist with general administrative support for the research site
Qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative, customer service, or medical office experience
- Strong phone communication and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency; EMR or research experience a plus
