Clinical Research Operations Manager

Magee Womens Research Institute (MWRI) is the largest research institute in the US dedicated to women's health and reproductive biology.  Prior experience working in a research environment is preferred.

Supports Clinical Research operations and performs various budgetary functions comprised of multiple grant-based awards, institutional funding, and tuition revenue; develops program-specific budgets as well as the annual operating budget. Manages all resources and multiple training grants and assists scholars and trainees in utilization of funds. Manages space utilization. Contributes to the development and implementation of web-based systems to support operations and training programs.

Develops and maintains the annual operating budget, which combines multiple grant-based awards, institutional funding, and tuition revenue; presents budget reports to facilitate strategic planning. Develops program-specific budgets. Collaborates with internal funders and partners. Authorizes all purchases of supplies and services and initiates and reviews contracts for services.
    
Manages multiple training grants; assists scholars and trainees to plan and utilize career development and pilot research funds; ensures compliance with National Institute of Health and other funding agency regulations.
   
Manages all resources. Implements changes and enforces policies. Manages office, classroom, and conference space. Contributes to the development, maintenance, and implementation of web-based systems used to support operations or training programs.
