About this role

Overview

The Clinical Support Professional (CSP) of IDD services is a dynamic position that requires the ability to support a diverse IDD caseload.  This position will support Clinical Supervisors and Clinical Operations.  The person in the position will be expected to make decisions on a daily basis consistent with the organization's values. The position is a part time position. 


Responsibilities

ENSURE SERVICE QUALITY 

  • On-site, in-home visitation, depending upon service requirements to ensure 

environmental safety and service compliance

  • Support annual Unlicensed AFL home visits with Tailored Plan.
  • Support Clinical Supervisors as needed to update or create service schedules in EHR.
  • Support Clinical Supervisors with IDF (face sheets) as directed. 
  • Support Clinical Supervisors with completing Vaya self assessments.

SUPPORT 

  • Review service documentation for billing and make updates as needed.
  • Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulatory and service requirements

PERSON CENTERED SUPPORTS and STAFFING

  • Submit requisition for open coverage in iCIMS
  • Interview screened candidates to determine best match for people served
  • Coordination of family/recipient interviews
  • Ensure staff training in collaboration with assigned CS
  • Ensure staff qualifications and competencies for DSPs are current to provide services




SERVICE PLANNING/GOAL DEVELOPMENT Family Focused and Caring

  • Participate in collaborative team meetings to support the development of long-term goals when directed

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with standard office productivity software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Reliable transportation
  • Acceptable background check 
  • Meet NC Specific Requirements for  Paraprofessional
  • 5 years of experience providing direct support for individuals with IDD.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Work environment is a typical office-based environment, however, field work and travel to recipient homes is to be expected on a regular basis. All appointments and meetings will be kept on your google calendar and visible to your supervisor.  
  • After hours or weekend work as assigned
