What You'll Do
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, mobility, and personal support as needed, while encouraging participant independence and maintaining dignity.
- Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
- Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for participants
- Document care accurately and in a timely manner
- Support recreational and therapeutic activities as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and participant-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Bilingual candidates fluent in Haitian Creole or French are strongly encouraged to apply
