As a Product Manager, Co-brand Partnerships in Co-brand and Partner Products, you will define product direction and deliver customer-facing capabilities and partner integrations from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with product, engineering, design, operations, analytics, marketing, and control partners to build secure, scalable solutions. You will use data and customer insights to prioritize the roadmap and improve outcomes for customers and the business.

Job responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned to customer needs and partner opportunities
  • Lead discovery through customer research, market analysis, and stakeholder interviews
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomes
  • Drive end-to-end delivery from concept to launch, measurement, and iteration
  • Deliver customer-facing capabilities, partner integrations, and operational enhancements that improve engagement and scalability
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships across planning, testing, launch readiness, and ongoing optimization
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, design, analytics, operations, marketing, risk, legal, and compliance to deliver secure and resilient solutions
  • Establish success metrics and monitor product performance, customer outcomes, operational measures, and business results
  • Communicate priorities, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and partner teams
  • Create alignment in a highly matrixed environment through clear governance and decision-making
  • Mentor and coach peers and cross-functional partners on product management practices

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5 years of product management experience delivering customer-facing or technology-enabled products
  • Demonstrated experience defining product strategy and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams
  • Experience managing roadmaps, prioritization methods, and iterative delivery practices (for example, Agile)
  • Ability to influence outcomes without direct reporting authority
  • Strong analytical skills, written communication, and executive-ready storytelling
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and partnering with risk, legal, compliance, controls, privacy, or information security stakeholders

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with co-brand products, loyalty, rewards, offers, commerce, travel, payments, or customer engagement platforms
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships and delivering partner-facing capabilities or integrations
  • Experience building digital products using application programming interfaces (APIs), platform capabilities, operational workflows, and data-driven insights
  • Experience supporting platform modernization, technology transformation, or enterprise-scale initiatives
