Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a Commercial Education Lead, US A&R for its Aesthetic and Reconstruction (A&R) Business.

This is a fully remote role available in any state across the US.

Job Summary

Supports the execution of commercial education programs that enable sales effectiveness across the business. Contributes to new hire training, product education, and ongoing skill development initiatives using established curricula and guidance from senior team members.

Scope & Impact

  • Executes defined training programs with guidance
  • Contributes to team objectives rather than owning enterprise initiatives
  • Limited SME expectation; builds expertise over time

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver training to sales representatives on product knowledge, procedures, and selling skills
  • Support execution of new hire onboarding and certification programs
  • Assist in facilitation of local and regional training programs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Commercial Education) to support training initiatives and product launches
  • Contribute to development and refinement of training materials and content
  • Coach sales representatives on application of sales tools and best practices
  • Support logistics and coordination for training events and programs
  • Support and execute training at National Training Meeting and other events

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience (clinical sales, sales support, training, or related field)
  • Foundational clinical or product knowledge preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and train effectively

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$94,000.00 - $151,800.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
