Commercial Loan Closing Analyst

This position is National Remote. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. The Commercial Loan Closing Analyst is responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate closing of loan transactions and managing the risk through the loan life cycle. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of loan transactions, maintaining compliance, and managing risk.

This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm MST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. 

This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be during normal business hours, Monday - Friday.  

     

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Lead a variety of pre-close activities for moderately complex to complex commercial loans, including coordinating all aspects of loan closings and loan modifications
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all required documents
• Assist with documentation intake and processing
• Respond to email/phone inquiries from customers, related third parties, lending partners and internal team members regarding loans within the Credit portfolio 
• Collaborate with other credit areas to have an audit-ready file 
• Conform to credit operations procedures and knowledge base
• Assist with other duties (assignments, special projects) as assigned
