Commercial Sales Represenative

We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Commercial Sales Producer to join a top-performing Farmers Insurance agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections, helping business owners protect what they’ve built, and growing a book of business with strong earning potential.

You’ll work closely with local business owners to identify coverage needs, provide tailored insurance solutions, and build long-term client relationships.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Sales experience (insurance relationship-based sales preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset

Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively

Property & Casualty license (preferred, not required – we can help you obtain it)

Prospect and generate new commercial business opportunities

Build relationships with small to mid-sized business owners

Conduct needs-based consultations and present coverage solutions

Quote, bind, and close commercial policies

Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospects and referrals

Collaborate with the agency team to drive overall growth
