Serving hundreds of area employers as well as BJC HealthCare, BJC Corporate Health Services specializes in improving worker health, safety and productivity and reducing costs associated with work-related illness/injury and absenteeism.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Develops and maintains a network of community resource centers, including development and implementation of curriculum, services and resource development for all locations. Responsible for convening strategic partners and developing collaborations within the community to improve our program relations and expand our service locations. Conducts ongoing needs assessment of surrounding community/neighborhoods to determine the most relevant topics for health education in the community resource centers. Responsible for assisting in planning, coordinating and implementing family connection meetings in the community. Facilitates recruitment and retention of participants in all program offerings.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic community partnerships at agencies in the metro-area for our team members to have identified drop-in office space and meeting space in the community

Plan, coordinate and implement education and access to resources at community resource centers.

Create and implement recruitment strategies for program participants.

Create and implement retention strategies for program participants.

Conduct regular resource needs assessments within the communities we serve.
