What Drives Success:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Under general supervision, assists in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
  • Provides support to business leaders and HR Business Partners regarding compensation matters.
  • Conducts research, analyzes data and prepares recommendations using compensation techniques, methods and practices.
    Collects market data and analyzes the company’s total rewards portfolio to determine competitiveness.
  • Administers specific compensation programs for short term incentives, long term incentives and/or base salary. Participates in compensation surveys and assists in updating the company’s salary ranges and structure.
  • Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policy and practices.
  • Recommends appropriate actions.
  • Participates in job evaluation and job analysis.
  • Prepares job descriptions reflecting key responsibilities, qualifications, skills, knowledge and requirements.
  • Reviews requests for new or revised job duties and/or classifications to determine appropriate market values and practices.
  • Assists with executive and board presentations pertaining to compensation topics.
  • Provides support in the administration of the company’s long term incentive programs.
  • Reviews existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action.
What We Are Looking For:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills required.
  • Possess logical thought processes and deductive reasoning ability in order to analyze data and create meaningful recommendations.
  • Solid Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Aptitude and comfort with systems upkeep and development.
What We Offer:

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $70,000 - $91,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
