SUMMARY
This position serves as a compensation partner to human resources and operations. As a Compensation Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the creation, implementation and administration of Compensation programs and providing excellent service and support to internal clients.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in compensation, data analytics, human resources or other business-related field

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00CITY:

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
