As a compensation analyst senior on the Compensation team, you will partner with Human Resources, Inclusion and Diversity, Legal, ESG and data teams to ensure compensation fairness, compliance, and analyze compensation data to identify and resolve gaps across the U.S.
As a compensation analyst senior, Pay Transparency, you will…
- Support U.S. compensation activities, ensuring practices/programs stay current with the changing landscape.
- Discover and document legal requirements.
- Create project plans, processes, decks, documents, and communication methods.
- Develop standards, guidelines, and practices in partnership with stakeholders to remain compliant.
- Educate human resources and leaders/employees on pay equity processes.
- Advise on internal tools, reports, and processes to help strengthen practices.
- Administer reoccurring U.S. processes, including annual analyses and mandatory pay reporting requirements.
- Administer annual pay analyses, partnering closely with Data Analytics, Compensation, Legal, and applicable vendor(s).
- Coordinate with vendors and internal partners as directed to support deliverables.
- Partner with data scientists/vendor to interpret data needs.
- Calculate the pay gap analysis and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop the context and metrics for required reporting disclosures.
- Execute state-required compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with HR teams and the vendor as needed, to ensure analyses (reoccurring and ad-hoc) are conducted in a consistent, legal, and timely.
- Support Pay Transparency roadmap, education, program effectiveness, and system impacts.
- Contribute analysis and documentation to support initiatives and roadmap activities.
- Support Compensation education delivery and resources for our employees, leaders, and Human Resources professionals.
- Support Rewards Planning and other projects/programs as needed.
