What You Will Do:

The Compliance Review/Audit Consultant will be an entry level staff role. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Review hospital websites to locate files and pricing tools to assess compliance with the CMS Hospital Price Transparency Final Rule

  • Assess hospital compliance using a pre-set list of testing criteria and automation tools

  • Provide evidence of compliance in a web-based platform using screenshots and written narrative

  • Attend regularly scheduled team calls to discuss trends in reviews and troubleshoot how we can avoid errors in reviews


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience (preferably in a healthcare setting)

  • Experience working with Word, PowerPoint, Excel

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to apply previous guidance to new scenarios

  • Growth mindset with the ability to pivot/adjust when new guidance is provided

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (US citizenship)

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Advanced Excel knowledge on functions and formulas

  • Experience with compliance reviews

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
