Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate party.
Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors as they come and go from the community.
Keep the front office and lobby clean and organized.
Manage requests from residents, families, and visitors and elevate to management when needed.
Light filing and office supply inventory.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Attend mandatory meetings scheduled by the Executive Director.
Maintain confidentiality of residents, community, employees, and company information.
Maintain knowledge of fire and disaster plans and knowledge of role in emergency situations.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience/Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Two years of office/receptionist work preferred.
License/Certificates: No license or certificates are required.
Communication Skills: Receive and carry out verbal and written instructions. Communicate effectively in person or via phone or email with others.
Self-Management/Organization: Perform tasks repeatedly according to procedures with moderate distractions and interruptions.
Work Environment/Demands: Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time. Bend, twist, or reach with up to 25 pounds. The work environment is a climate-controlled office with moderate noise levels, including typical office sounds and background conversations.

Serves as the first point of contact, providing first-class customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
