Position Title: Confidential Secretary Human Resources
Salary: Salary of $50,000
Position Overview:
Rahway Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to serve as a Confidential Secretary. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to student success, collaboration, and fostering a positive and inclusive school environment. This role plays a vital part in supporting the district's mission to provide high-quality education and services to all students.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; secretarial experience.
- Experience in a school setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computer applications (Word, Excel, and Google Suite).
- Strong analytical, communication and human relation skills.
- Ability to understand the need to be confidential when dealing with personnel matters.
- Required criminal history background check.
