Work you'll do

As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the GPS Human Capital team, you will be responsible for:

  • Deliver recorded end-user training sessions for application releases based on user needs and operational requirements
  • Develop demonstration videos to highlight new feature capabilities by release
  • Translate functional and technical system changes into end-user training materials
  • Design and develop practical learning assets for defined user groups
  • Support training administration and logistics associated with training delivery
  • Provide subject-matter support for application and analytics training under the contract

The team

GPS Human Capital professionals support organizations in aligning workforce, training, and change efforts to operational and mission needs. The team works across application implementations and analytics initiatives to help end users adopt new capabilities through practical, role-based learning solutions. Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering end-user training for enterprise applications, software implementations, or analytics tools
  • 2+ years of experience creating recorded training sessions, demonstration videos, and written training materials for system releases or feature updates
  • 2+ years of experience using content authoring tools to develop digital learning assets and training materials
  • 2+ years of experience translating functional or technical system changes into training content for defined end-user audiences
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Ability to travel up to 5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting training for federal government or Government and Public Services environments
  • Experience supporting application release training cycles
  • Experience developing role-based training for multiple end-user groups
  • Experience supporting training administration, scheduling, and delivery logistics
  • Experience working with learning management systems
  • Experience supporting application and analytics training in a contract-based environment

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $71,300 - $140,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
