About this role
Hotel Equities is seeking an experienced Content & Brand Manager to support the growth and execution of Postcard Cabins, a growing outdoor lodging brand within the Hotel Equities portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing the brand's content ecosystem, creative development, photography production, digital asset management, influencer partnerships, public relations support, and website content execution while ensuring every guest-facing touchpoint reflects Marriott brand standards and Postcard Cabins' unique identity.
This position serves as the primary liaison between property teams, Marriott brand partners, photographers, agencies, creators, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets that support portfolio performance, guest engagement, and long-term brand growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives managing multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand & Content Leadership
- Serve as the day-to-day brand steward for Postcard Cabins, ensuring all guest-facing content, creative assets, and marketing materials align with Marriott brand standards and Postcard Cabins brand guidelines.
- Support portfolio-wide marketing initiatives through strategic content development, creative execution, and ongoing brand governance.
- Maintain brand consistency across websites, collateral, photography, partnerships, promotional campaigns, and digital channels.
Photography Production & Asset Management
- Lead end-to-end photography production for the portfolio, serving as the primary liaison between photographers, property teams, Marriott partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive shot lists by collaborating with operations, revenue, sales, marketing, and Marriott teams to ensure content supports commercial priorities and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate pre-production planning, property documentation, usage rights, model releases, and Marriott brand compliance requirements.
- Serve as the onsite Hotel Equities representative during photography and video productions to ensure brand standards are met and required content is captured.
- Facilitate post-production workflows by coordinating image selection, edits, metadata tagging, Digital Asset Center (DAC) uploads, and website implementation with photographers, Marriott teams, and HSWO partners.
- Manage and maintain the Postcard Cabins creative asset library, ensuring photography, videos, creative files, and marketing materials remain organized, accessible, and properly archived.
Website & Digital Content Management
- Cross-train with the Senior Marketing Manager to support Marriott digital marketing systems including Hotel Website Systems (HWS), Digital Asset Center (DAC), MarRFP, website merchandising, content updates, audits, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
- Support execute OTA & website content updates, new page development, and digital enhancements while following Marriott standards and best practices.
- Partner with Marriott digital teams and HSWO agencies to coordinate website content refreshes, image optimization, merchandising opportunities, and content deployment.
- Support ongoing auditing efforts to ensure website accuracy, content integrity, SEO optimization, and guest experience improvements.
Destination Marketing & Local Partnerships
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for destination Convention & Visitors Bureaus (CVBs), tourism organizations, and local destination partners.
- Secure third-party destination photography, usage rights, and marketing assets to enhance property websites and guest planning resources.
- Curate destination marketing resource kits for property teams and maintain local partner marketing materials.
- Track and facilitate local listings, destination partnerships, and third-party marketing opportunities that support portfolio awareness.
Creative Development & Property Support
- Manage and facilitate property marketing requests including advertisements, promotional materials, signage, creative development, and sales collateral.
- Coordinate creative projects with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and design partners while ensuring projects meet brand standards and business objectives.
- Support ongoing collateral updates utilizing existing Adobe InDesign templates and coordinate with preferred print vendors to maintain current property marketing materials.
- Assist property teams by providing creative resources, marketing guidance, and access to approved brand assets.
- Manage the sourcing, production, and fulfillment of branded merchandise, trade show materials, promotional items, and marketing collateral in partnership with approved vendors and internal stakeholders.
Influencer & Media Partnership Management
- Manage all influencer, content creator, and media visit reservations by partnering with operations, property teams, Marriott Social, Marriott PR, and external partners.
- Vet and manage all inbound content creator requests while maintaining collaboration request forms, Marriott agreements, partnership documentation, and tracking systems.
- Coordinate hosted stays, facilitate approvals, manage reservation logistics, and oversee creator deliverables from planning through completion.
- Maintain relationships with creators and Marriott social teams to maximize earned media opportunities and brand exposure.
Campaign Execution & Marketing Support
- Support the development and execution of portfolio awareness campaigns including digital advertising, email marketing, direct mail, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate creative production, content development, asset delivery, and campaign execution across multiple marketing channels.
- Track campaign KPIs, project timelines, and marketing performance while supporting ongoing optimization efforts.
Public Relations & Brand Communications
- Serve as the day-to-day marketing liaison for public relations agency partners, supporting brand storytelling and activation planning.
- Curate photography, messaging, creative assets, and supporting materials for media pitches, editorial opportunities, and Marriott Global initiatives.
- Assist in writing pitch materials, developing media resources, and supporting ongoing Hotel Equities and Marriott public relations efforts.
Reporting & Executive Support
- Support the VP of Marketing with ownership presentations, executive reporting, initiative tracking, and marketing accomplishment updates.
- Maintain campaign calendars, project trackers, creative timelines, and portfolio marketing dashboards.
- Assist with documenting marketing performance, brand milestones, and cross-functional project progress.
Marriott Partnership & Professional Development
- Actively participate in Marriott webinars, digital trainings, self-learning initiatives, and brand education programs to remain current on marketing platforms, merchandising opportunities, and digital enhancements.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to increase Postcard Cabins exposure across Marriott-owned channels, promotional placements, website merchandising, and brand marketing programs.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Marriott systems, brand standards, and marketing tools to support ongoing portfolio growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, content marketing, digital marketing, or hospitality marketing.
- Proven experience managing multiple creative projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating commercial photography productions, creative asset management, and marketing collateral development preferred.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, digital marketing channels, website management, SEO fundamentals, and brand standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and external partners.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and maintaining existing creative templates preferred.
- Strong project management and relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with Marriott International marketing programs, Hotel Website Systems (HWS), Digital Asset Center (DAC), MarRFP, and related Marriott marketing platforms preferred.

- Collaborate with all departments of the Hotel in concern of a total revenue approach.

- Communicate with Sales Team regarding business needs and cross-selling opportunities.
