Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. We're looking for a Contingent Workforce Strategy Lead to own and drive our contingent staffing vendor strategy. In this role, you'll build the capabilities, frameworks, and alignment needed to ensure our vendor strategy evolves alongside the broader transformation across ASO operations. With ASO undergoing a major transformation, the Workforce Strategy & Analytics (WSA) team is at the core of reshaping how and where we use vendor partners to support this evolution. You'll work closely with our Workforce Strategy Lead, who sets the overall workforce direction, as well as staffing partners, procurement, finance, and the central contingent workforce team, to keep our vendor strategy efficient, compliant, and built to flex.
