We are currently recruiting a Controller to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly profit & loss (P&L) closures, cash management support, and basic financial reporting under close supervision.
- Participate in data collection and organization for financial controls and policy documentation.
- Support the implementation and documentation of internal controls and compliance processes.
- Help prepare materials for internal and external audits.
- Conduct basic reconciliations and contribute to financial documentation accuracy.
- Assist in preparing simple financial forecasts and budget templates.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team in various process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments as requested.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience & Technical Skills
- 0–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel), basic financial reporting, and ERP systems.
- Willingness to learn internal control and audit basics.
