This position coordinates and implements meetings, events and programs for the company. These meetings, events and programs are expected to be efficiently run, cost effective, smoothly implemented and appropriate to their purpose. Provides other administrative support to the department, as well as budget tracking/invoicing.

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.  Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify possible location options and initiate contract negotiation for various meeting events.
  • Support HR leadership team in organizing meeting agendas, invites and notes as well as materials for the meetings.
  •  Support associate engagement survey results delivery and action planning at the direction the HRBP team (printing/interpreting results and documenting plans).
  • Research, identify and arranging training and leadership development courses that meet the learning needs of business associates (internal and external sources).
  • Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting LMS compliance completion to ensure all employees meet required training and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate the processing of OD requests, associate payments, tickets, etc to support the HR team.
  • Provide first level screening support as needed for the recruiting/candidate selection process.
  • Support analysis of various HR data elements such as turnover, time to fill, etc.
  • Support the creation of internal communications and planning documents such as timelines, that support organizational changes.
  • Coordinate the payment of invoices and contract in partnership with HR Leadership; work to resolve issues/disputes.
  • Assist in identifying cost savings opportunities and recommend plans to internal customers, provide updates on budgets and expenditures, coordinate all details with vendors, prepare written communications for attendees, track all relevant attendee information, and generate reports for final planning.
  • Assis the Learning team with Insights Discovery and logistics support for Learning events.
  • Audit and scrutinize invoices and backup documentation prior to submitting to internal customer for payment. 
  • Develop and maintain a yearly calendar of events for training, communication and other engagement activities.
  • Assists with tracking and updating ADUSA Job Descriptions.
  • Support planning and execution activities of events, including those related to  associate engagement.
  • Coordinate with Finance and HRIS in the creation of cost centers.
  • LMS Compliance Audits
  • Oversee ordering of supplies for the HR team.
  • Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.

Qualificiations:

  •  1-2 years’ experience

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $23.58 - $35.37 

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
