Key Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, utilizing standard procedures to make sound decisions.

Execute a range of routine HR activities within established procedures, operating with a moderate degree of supervision.

Understand the relationship between assigned duties and those of team members, recognizing how the HR team collaborates with other related teams to achieve organizational goals.

Manage individual workload effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks without supervisory responsibilities.

Recognize and address typical problems that arise within the HR function, selecting and implementing appropriate solutions from established options without the need for supervisory approval.

Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR team by delivering high-quality services and information, adhering to standardized procedures and practices.

Utilize strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information with team members and other stakeholders, fostering clarity and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and relevant laws and regulations.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.

Experience managing routine HR activities and tasks, demonstrating attention to detail and organization.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective exchanges of information.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and understand the integration of HR functions with other departments.

Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload independently.

A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues within the work area.
